    Memora was founded in 1991 under the name Consulting - Consultoria Empresarial. Initially focused on process assessment, diagnose and reengineering, the firm expanded its portfolio of services in 1996, when it started to offer solutions in information technology.

    In its new configuration, the firm acquired new clients both in the private and public sectors, developing a reputation of competence, trustfulness and commitment to its customers.

    In 2004, under the new name Memora Processos Inovadores, the company modified its shareholding composition, strengthened its competences and consolidated its position as a lead provider of management modernization and enterprise IT solutions.

    In 2006, foreseing the market trends, Memora has acquired a share of the company Top Coders, experts in Software Factory, with a solid formation in Java Platform. From this integration, it became possible to offer BPM-SOA/Web-Services, which allows our new customers, in a flexible way and taking advantage of existing systems, to offer new services for its target public.
