| Prior to
joining Memora in 2004, Sergio served in a
number of executive positions in Brazilian
government institutions, including Executive
Director and later CEO of Serpro, Brazil's
largest technology service provider, responsible
for developing and supporting systems solutions
for various agencies of the Brazilian government.
During his tenure at Serpro, he participated
in the strategic planning cycles that lead
to the organization reestructuring, including
a new management framework and technology
model and the reformulation of information
systems critical for the government. Under
his leadership, among other high-impact projects,
Serpro implemented the system that turned
Brazil into the first country to enable large-scale
tax filings over the Internet (now used by
more than 20 million individuals). |

|
| Jeovani
has 18 years of experience in technology services,
mainly in the financial, government and retail
industries. Between 1998 and 2003, he occupied
several executive positions at CTIS Informática
Ltda. In 2000, Jeovani coordinated a project
for the Brazilian Electoral Justice involving
more than 1,300 professionals throughout the
country. During his period as Sales Director,
CTIS realigned his structure and strategy,
obtaining an expressive growth that peaked
in a R$ 250 million profit and several national
awards, including the best Brazilian IT company
in 2003 by Valor Magazine. |

B. Santos (co-founder) |

| Marcello
received a Bachelor of Science degree in Data
Processing from Universidade de Brasilia and
a post-graduation degree in IT Consulting
from PUC - Pontíficia Universidade
Católica de Petrópolis/RJ. He
accumulates 25 years of professional experience
in the roles of IT consultant and entrepreneur
in the IT market. Marcello worked for 9 years
at Serpro, Brazil's largest technology service
provider, having participated in the development
of some of the main information systems used
by agencies of the Brazilian government, such
as SIAPE and SIAFI, and also in the consolidation
of concepts and knowledge on technology for
the public sector. Prior to Memora, Marcello
was one of the founders of Dominio, a Brazilian
consulting firm that became one of the Oracle's
top partners in the public sector market in
Brazil. |

| José Marcos
de Paiva (co-founder) |
|
| Paiva has
been working in the area of IT delivery management
since 1992. He joined Memora in March 2004,
having participated in the firm's restructuring
process. Prior to that, he acted as a project
manager in the areas of organizational management
and information technology. Paiva graduated
in Mathematics from UNICAMP, and is a certified
specialist in database management and process
management. |
